Sip and taste 12 savory wines from the Colorado Governor’s Cup Competition at this year’s Colorado Uncorked wine event. These wines represent the best wines from Colorado wineries, all of which have been judged by a panel of sommeliers, chefs, writers, and wine experts from around the country. Top Colorado chefs, along with History Colorado’s Café Rendezvous, will create a light fare menu to pair with these wines. The winner of the 2021 Governor’s Cup will be announced at this annual event.\ \ Colorado Uncorked is presented by the Colorado Wine Industry Development Board and the Colorado Department of Agriculture in partnership with History Colorado.
