LOCAL ENTREPRENEURS COME TOGETHER TO GROUND BUSINESSES IN LAND RENT, REPARATIONS, AND COMMUNITY\ \ DENVER, Colorado - Collective Uprising Co-op is hosting a RISE TOGETHER! Community Pop-Up Event that brings together local folks for an ethical commerce experience that benefits the community, redistributes wealth, and honors the land in which we occupy. \ \ The two-day immersive shopping experience, occurring on October 9th and 10th from 11 am - 5 pm, will feature over 30 local merchandise vendors, live music, craft classes, tasty food, and opportunities for guests to make meaningful community connections. \ \ The RISE TOGETHER! Community Pop-up Event, 1351 W. 38th Ave Denver, CO 80211, will offer a wonderful array of goods that includes locally made art, jewelry, crystals, vintage and handmade apparel, plants, herbs, home goods, CBD goodies, books, candles, body care, adult products, tarot readers and more! Shopping from local entrepreneurs is a great way to support the financial and the overall well-being of local people pursuing their passions as a business. \ \ Collective Uprising is aware that having the opportunity to become an entrepreneur is not an opportunity that all local folks have access to. For our RISE TOGETHER! Pop-Up Event we are partnering with Cats Not Cops and offering them a free space to host their 3-day training session which focuses on the capacity building of low-income people to gain financial stability and start their own successful businesses. \ \ An ongoing mission of Collective Uprising is to help better connect local folks to truths in our community and opportunities to take action to impact them. \ \ Upon entry at the pop-up event, guests will be welcomed to learn about whose ancestral land we occupy and how we can honor it together. One way folks will be encouraged to do this is to help the Mestaa\'ėhehe Coalition remove harmful monikers that landmarks across Colorado currently bear. Guests will be invited to share the history of th
