Explore the benefit of botanicals for your wellbeing, their history, folkloric and traditional uses, and current science of our top favorite Colorado herbs.\ \ We will walk for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the group\'s pace, making several stops to point out and talk about different botanicals that we see along the way. \ \ Bridget has a BA in molecular biology, graduate work in pharmacology, and a Masters in Teaching Certificate of Global Ecology Education. She has been practicing herbalism for over 10 years and is an international ethnobotanist.
