Customer service second to ...
Customer service second to none!! Staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Rooms are large and very clean which is a priority to me. The beds are super comfortable and the room temperature was great. I like it cold and the air conditioning worked well (I always look for room temperature in reviews). The kitchens are dated so be prepared for that, so that you aren't disappointed. They serve a purpose although they need a cosmetic overhaul, but microwave, fridge, and Keurig work just fine. Bathrooms are small but nicely appointed. Shower power is mild but it works. Parking is 50- (typical for the area) but you may be able to find on the street parking nearby. Location is great. Convenient but not commercial. You can walk to many attractions or take a quick Uber ride. Neighborhood is nice. Four night stay. Slept well and heard no outside noise. Room darkeners worked all too well. I hope that the restaurant re-opens as that is a great convenience. Thank you, River Inn for a nice DC experience

This hotel accommodate for ...
This hotel accommodate for my son who has autism and nonverbal. We had a wonderful experience. And Camron was an excellent staff with mostest. The other thing I like is that you have to use a key card to use elevator and to get into your room. The one more thing that I love the most about this hotel is that it's safe for families that have kids that like to elopes like my son

This hotel is great ...
This hotel is great with family that has kids on the spectrum. The River Inn cater to your needs they're very polite. If you have any questions they will answer them if they don't know the answer they will find out an get back with you. we will definitely be coming back. When we called around the DC area no one was able to cater for our son but Cameron he came through he was the one that said yes and I'm glad that he did this was an awesome trip the traffic was crazy but I also trip going to go home the. Bonus you need a key card to get in the elevator and the room so that means if your child elopes the child will not be able to get off the floor that is great
